Dear Sportsmen, Partners, Sports experts and Teachers! .

As you know the sport is the most important elements in our social activity life. Sport is the way of help of brotherhood, mutual understanding and a friendship between the nations.

As in the other type of art, the purpose of sport is to replace the human being during the process of common collective and cultural history and it makes its dream to participate on this process. In this sense the sport, it is in generally is not necessary for the life of human being and his changeable environment, at the same time it has been directed to the ensuring of its surroundings and the advantage over the nature .

The person who watches the event of sport is living the competitor's feeling and excitement. In it's the idea of yeast one of the purpose of sport is to pull off the limits of the human being's own capabilities and to realize it's creative potential and overstep the limits of real existence. In this sense we are able to determine the sport as a result of spiritual creative and as a physical body of the human being as a competition game. .

Therefore, on the date of 20-24 July 2014 we invite you with the great pleasure within camp for the international competition of the cup of the Black sea. The competition will take place in the most beautiful parts of the Republic of Georgia and in the coast of the Black sea, Batumi, Ozurgeti and the programmed summer camp in Ureki. We hope that the participation of the competitors in this competition will be able to strengthen the relationship between the nations and will be able to leave the profound historical trace in your life. In this competition you will be able to earn the new friends and by the way of sport you will show to the world as a sample the nations which living in peace. I think that the only Physical Education and in the sport's development of the mankind is able to rescue as in the crisis history of previous civilizations. World Alpagut Federation is supporting just these criteria in its mother line.

Batumi (Georgian: ბათუმი, formerly known as Batum) is a seaside city on the Black Sea coast and capital ofAdjara, an autonomous republic in southwest Georgia. With a population of 190,000 (2013 census), Batumi serves as an important port and a commercial center. It is situated in a subtropical zone, rich in agricultural produce such as citrus fruit and tea. While industries of the city include shipbuilding, food processing, and light manufacturing, most of its economy revolves around tourism. Since 2010, the face of the city has been transformed by the construction of new high-rise landmark buildings and the renovation of the Old Town.

Ozurgeti (Georgian: ოზურგეთი) is the capital of the western Georgian province of Guria. It was formerly known as Macharadze or Makharadze (named in honor of Filipp Makaradze). It is a regional center of tea and hazelnut processing.

Ureki (Georgian: ურეკი) is a town and a seaside climatic resort in the Ozurgeti District of Georgia’s Guria region, on the Black Sea coast, situated 10 km from Batumi and approximately 300 km from the nation’s capital Tbilisi. Located 4 meters above the sea level, it has a population of 1,422 (2005 all-Georgia Census).[1] It received a status of a town in 1953.
